Your Nickel City Chefs
You’ve been hearing (hopefully) about Nickel City Chef for a little while now, probably wondering who our Chefs would be—well the wait is over!
Your Nickel City Chefs are:
- Chef/Owner Adam Goetz of Sample,
- Chef/Managing Partner Paul Jenkins of Tempo,
- Chef/Owner JJ Richert of Torches
- Chef/Owner Krista Van Wagner of Curly’s.
These fine chefs will take on challengers, all of which are charged with creating three innovative and technically perfect dishes featuring a secret ingredient—in under an hour! All of Nickel City Chef’s secret ingredients are grown or produced right here in Western New York!
